Mr. Ramesh Gangisetti ( M.Sc Mathematics 95 , Osmania University, India) is the Chairman and Chief Mentor of K-Soft Information Technologies Inc., a global Information Technology (IT) consulting and software services provider, headquartered at Jacksonville Florida , U.S.A. He served as CEO of K-Soft since 1999 for 5 years, handling business consulting, systems integration, application development and product engineering services. He enabled clients to fully exploit technology for business transformation. Clients leverage on his ’ Global Delivery Model to achieve higher quality, rapid time-to-market and cost effective solutions.

Mr. Mrkanda D. Fitch is the Director (Finance & Administration) and Chief Financial Officer. Having joined K-Soft in 1999. He is one of the key members of the core team responsible for producing K-Soft Annual Report. He has a strong background in IT, legal and financial field. This is where he brings his expertise to our clients. Corporate advisory and consulting services for companies and industries in India and abroad. He does Research and analytics on markets, industries and businesses, Economic and policy analyses of different markets, regions, countries, industries, as well as trade, monetary, fiscal and exchange rate regimes.

Matt Beyler

Matt Beyler is Director of Sales & Marketing/General Manager. He brings to the table tremendous experience in strategic selling and business development. He has successfully deployed applications in multiple industries, including Knowledge Management, Application Development & Maintenance, Lifecycle Product Management, Internet Content Provisioning & Portals, Telemarketing & Learning Solutions. Prior to this role, Matt Beyler was Director of Sales at SBC Interactive Media. In this role he actively participated in infrastructure planning, talent scouting & transformation, resource deployment, quality management and also nurturing business alliances. Apart from a proven capability to manage business development, Matt Beyler is quite a “technology savvy” personality who keeps abreast of various technological developments and brings in tremendous value to Ksoft through his in-depth analysis of its business potential. Matt obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin.
