migrating to a new set of applications that exploit the Internet,
e-commerce, extranet, and other new technologies.

Our Offshore Software Development Centre in India K-Soft
India has remarkably performed and being highly appreciated
at Vadodara Stock Exchange (VSE), where K-Soft developed a
Product for on-line Screen Based Trading. The product was
a replacement for the outcry system of trading prevalent in
the stock exchange. We are proud to say that product is only
one of its kinds in India having being developed on an open
platform. Other similar products available today are proprietary
systems. The product can be used by any Stock Exchange with
little or no customization. It's a client server application.
Today K-Soft India maintains the system for VSE.
K-Soft has developed FAS for one of the Fortune 500 Company.
The project integrates Sales, Stock, Distribution, Excise
and Marketing Finance related functions across its offices.
The project necessitated technical expertise relating to
Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Accounts, Policy Formulation
and Excise functions. K-Soft’s involvement covered
requirement study, SRS, design, development, preparation
of test-cases and test-data, conducting acceptance tests,
porting, training and implementation of the software solution
at three major locations. All the documentation in this
project confirmed to the IEEE Standards. The application
had about 180 transactions and 300 reports.
Our Development Centre in India has also been associated
with AMC for the projects with its past clients.
